SHIPPING INFORMATION

Regular Shipping Option

Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global Service unless other method is preferred. (If you need faster service, tell us how to ship. Please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. See below.)

Shipping & Handling Fees

(Ground Delivery to the 48 Contiguous States.)

FREE DELIVERY UP TO 150 POUNDS.

FREIGHT:

A freight surcharge of $125 on items over 150 pounds will be shipped via ABF Freight. This includes residential and lift-gate delivery.

Standard Processing time is 3 business days. Processing times may vary based on items availability.

Want to know where your order is?

Click HERE to find shipping information about an existing order. Using your confirmation number or your customer number you can now find out approximately when your order will arrive. Please note that some orders may not be available for tracking through the website due to the method of shipping, weight of item and/or price of order. As always you can Contact Us and we will try and assist you with your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and order processing information to be available AFTER you have received your confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped. Orders could possibly be shipped from multiple locations.

Express Delivery

Available upon request please call to see if product is in stock!

Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days.

Truck Freight Shipments

Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $50 and $75 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) FREIGHT EXPENSE IS LISTED AT CHECKOUT.

International USPS

Steve’s Lawnmower is a USPS International Freight and Express shipper. Rates will vary depending on weight and country. Steve’s Lawnmower Sales & Service, LLCs is not responsible for any duty or taxes levied by receiving country. It the sole responsibility of the receiving party to pay any such charges.

NOTE: We cannot ship WHOLEGOODS (i.e. Chain Saws, Lawn Mowers, Engines, etc.) internationally. Please contact us for more information on how we can help you.

 

Back Orders

Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts not listed by picture on our web site, may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for an extended period, check with us. Usually we can get parts faster because of our huge buying power!

Special Orders

Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.

 Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge

About Warranties

Stevelawnmower.com believes customer service is the most important part of the sale.  Steveslawnmower.com strives to provide the best quality products, but from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications.  Please take a moment to review our warranty policy below.

Manufactures Warranties

All products sold by steveslawnmower.com have a manufacturer warranty.  Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer.  If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product, please contact customer service so we can assist you.

Engine Powered Equipment

If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center to assist you.

FAQ

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please E-Mail our Customer Service Department. Unless the order is a special-order item or the product has already shipped, your order will be cancelled without penalty. If your order is for a special-order item, we will have to verify with the manufacturer that the order can be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you will have to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting customer service. You will be responsible for returning the shipment. There will be no reimbursement for shipping & handling charges.

Will steveslawnmower.com sell my name and address to other companies?

With your order you may also pay by personal check or money order, but the order cannot ship until the check or money order clears (which usually takes about 5-10 business days). The exception is postal money orders, which are treated the same as cash.

Steve’s Lawnmower accepts purchase orders from governments and educational facilities. You must fax all purchase order requests to (410) 638-5020. No purchase order will be accepted without fax.
